Behind the Camera

Names have meanings. The one behind mine, Katelyn Sue, is "pure lily" - the inspiration behind Daylily Photography.


I'm not just a photographer - I'm your best friend you haven't met yet; your biggest fan; your ultimate hype girl. And, best of all, someone who captures the beautiful moments in life so you can look back 30 years from now and remember exactly how you felt during that moment.


Photography is only one of my passions. I'm an avid animal lover (especially rabbits!), musician (piano, violin, and singing especially), social butterfly (I have friends worldwide), and adventurer (I tend to only live at home part time). And ANYONE will tell you I am equally enthusiastic about them all.


At the end of the day, photography is about people. That's always been my favorite part.
